    "content": "Yesterday, in the Committee on Delegated Legislation, we met the IEBC team and it became an issue because they have now made regulations which members here should be very keen to look at. This is because once you have the election law and other regulations – ordinarily the process of regulations is that once they are tabled here and nobody looks at them, there is no issue within a week. A week elapses while the Committee on Delegated Legislation goes through these regulations then, of course, they will not be debated and they will automatically be adopted as a matter of urgency. We have asked what is happening with this registration. Why are BVR machines going off by midday in many parts of the country despite being charged at night? They had already reported that they have acquired solar equipment to recharge the BVR machines and I believe this identification is the one which will be used during the election"
