    "content": "Planning, it has really made life easy for some of our communities in Isiolo. It is also unfortunate because Form One students have not even reported to school in many parts of our county. When I was there last week, we had two to five different schools which had not received Form One students. Twenty boarding schools had less than 30 students who had reported to school."
