    "content": "There are many roads in this country, but the specific one she has talked about also serves Meru County. Roads are tarmacked and no money is allocated for annual repairs. In fact, the roads get dilapidated to the extent that they have to be tarmacked again. I have a road in my constituency which has been neglected after being tarmacked 15 years ago. That road is no longer there and we are budgeting money to tarmack it again, instead of doing repairs."
