    "content": "Hon. Members, I can see a lot of interest in this matter because it touches on all of us. We only have half an hour to add on or support a Petition. We have already done 15 minutes of that time. Let us be fair because this Petition will go to the Committee and I know that Members can present their concerns there. It is a grave matter and I know every Member wants to speak to it. This is a House of rules and we only have half an hour of contributions to a Petition but, if you reduce your contribution, we can afford to have more Members to speak to this."
