    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, my point of order is based on the debate on the Floor of the House. We know very well that this is Petition which has come to the National Assembly. We have also tried to take it to the right place. When the country is in a crisis like this, we all know that there is a Committee in the Senate for health. When the country is in a crisis, there is a joint committee. Is it in order for Hon. Chris Wamalwa to mention the name of the President who does not sit here to make laws?
