I beg to lay the following Papers on the Table of the House: The Budget Estimates of the Judiciary and the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) for the Medium Term Expenditure Framework for the Financial Year 2017/2018 and 2019/2020. The Reports of the Auditor-General on the Financial Statements in respect of the following institutions and the Certificates therein: (i) Judicial Service Commission; and (ii) Kenya Roads Board Fund.
