    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to cite a case that took place at the beginning of this week, if I am not wrong. The PAC Committee brought its report here and Dr. Khalwale realized that first, the number of MPs who were in the House, were not enough to attend to the serious issue. The Bell was rung to alert hon. Members to come back, including the Ministers. When quorum was not realized and adjournment was decided, we revised the matter later. All efforts have not been exhausted. We could still have the Bell rang if there is no quorum, so that we raise the quorum which will include Ministers back to the Chamber."
