    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity to support this Motion by Hon. Ochieng. We have talked about drought not once, but many times in this country. I know that there are those who have the responsibility to see that we have enough food in this country. I am not sure of the person I am supposed to blame, but I want to say that those who have the responsibility to see that our children go to school, our rivers do not dry and that our domestic and wild animals in national parks are not dying are sleeping on the job."
