    "content": "We are talking about the school feeding programme in our schools which is supposed to be taken seriously. I have been going to the Ministry of Devolution and Planning offices in Tharaka Nithi County every day. I want to thank the Ministry because it has been feeding the people of Tharaka Sub-County. In Tharaka Nithi, some areas usually have enough food, but at this particular time, people are going hungry and children are not going to school. I have heard the President say that relief food is going to be distributed. To date, we have not received anything. Those who have been given that responsibility to feed our children and those who are going hungry should do it as quickly as possible. I support."
