    "content": "moment. We have just talked about our soldiers who are in Somalia, doctors who are on strike and the whole health sector is in Intensive Care Unit (ICU). You could talk about corruption and over-borrowing. Time has come for us to slow down the campaigns that are going on. We need to sober up as a country. We need to come together and have a very serious national conversation as to what is happening in this country. Like the old saying goes, it is only a fool who does things the same way and expects different results. We have been doing things the same way. We need to calm down and converse together and find out whether we can get solutions to some of these problems that are bedevilling our country at the moment. For those of us who love football, there comes a time when we say, and I am sorry I will have to say this in Kiswahili, that tuliza boli. Wacha tutulize boli kidogo kwa haya mambo ya campaign. Let us calm down and see how we can salvage our country as we go through these difficult times. With those few remarks, I beg to support."
