    "content": "Accordingly and in light of the House’s decisions, the two Bills stand committed to Mediation Committees in accordance with Article 112(2)(b) of the Constitution. Consequently, in consultation with the leadership of the Majority and the Minority parties in the House, I hereby appoint Members to represent the National Assembly in the Mediation Committees to consider the two Bills.
