    "content": "(i) A Motion regarding persuasive measures to encourage the citizens to turn out for voter registration and ultimately to vote during the next General Election. This is sponsored by the Member for Kiambu, Hon. Jude Njomo. (ii) The Second Reading of the Sexual Offences (Amendment) Bill 2016. (iii)The Second Reading of the Clinical Officers (Training, Registration and Licensing) Bill (National Assembly Bill No.27 of 2016). (iv) The Second Reading of the National Authority for the Campaign Against Alcohol and Drug Abuse (Amendment) Bill (National Assembly Bill No.35 of 2016). It is also expected that next week, we will commence debate on the Supplementary Estimates 2016/2017. I also envisage that in the same week I will lay the substantive Estimates for the Financial Year 2017/2018 Budget in accordance with the revised Budget Calendar. Finally, the HBC will reconvene on Tuesday, 31st January, 2017 at the rise of the House to consider Business for the coming week. I now lay the Statement on the Table of the House."
