    "content": "Despite the general theoretical framework we expect, when public entities are privatised, they should do more. They should be more efficient and more profitable. In this country, since we came up with the privatisation law and for all the attempted privatisation and all the companies which have been privatised, I want to say, sadly, we have never got it right even on a single one. When you look at all the examples of what has been privatised, you will realise they perform and then there is looting and looting at some point and then the Government is expected to inject in more money, something we should not accept any more.
