    "content": "Yes, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. We are not helping this country by allowing unwarranted deaths. As we wait, we get the excuse that it is the county governors who are supposed to negotiate with the doctors. When the governors came into being, the negotiations had been concluded. The Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) between the doctors’ union and the Government had already been signed. We have to find a solution. The Government can either agree with the doctors or sack them and bring other doctors if they are able, given that it is not very easy to train doctors. We have a lot of money. We can cut spending on the Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) project, and on unnecessary campaigns within and outside the country, to raise money to pay the doctors."
