    "content": "The Government has done a commendable job with regard to energy. Given this Division of Revenue Bill, the last mile programme on electricity should be extended. I propose that the Government should connect electricity in all public institutions for free. I am talking about schools, health institutions and so on. The institutions should be left to meet the overhead costs, for example, the consumption bill."
