    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, it is also important for me to comment on the issue of allocation of additional funds for maintenance of roads. It is unfortunate that in my county, there is no single road that has been undertaken by the county government for upgrading either to murram or bitumen standards. I am very much concerned about the allocation that goes to my county because the absorption rate is very low. The 14 per cent absorption rate of the money allocated to Makueni County is very low. It is high time a proper and thorough audit is undertaken on this county."
