    "content": "I also want to comment on the issue of further misuse of funds. The cabinet executives of Makueni County live in Nairobi, 200 kilometres away. About eight officers reside in Nairobi and commute daily, in the morning and in the evening. That is mere misuse of funds and must be checked, so that public funds are utilised in an appropriate manner."
