    "content": "It is very unfair that in some places, there are schools which are very near to the grid and some corrupt officials or contractors install solar panels in those schools. Solar panels are not connected to the grid. All the schools that are near the grid should be connected to electricity and the Ministry of Energy should import proper transformers and fix them. This will ensure that the Ministry of Energy does not lie to people that they have connected them to electricity."
