    "content": "The cost of living is very high. I want to request the Budget and Appropriations Committee to streamline taxation. When you tax things like petroleum or fuel, you touch every Kenyan and you are taxing the poor people making them poorer when there are other people who are rich and have so much to be taxed, but they are clever and never get taxed. Next time, when we look at our Budget, let us make sure that we do not tax things like petroleum products highly. Everybody travels and manufacturers use fuel."
