    "content": "It is important to agree that the penalties for any person who commits this offence is a bit on the higher side. Much as the penalty has been defined, the offences need to be defined as well. Much has been said and it is true that in Kenya we need to have a country where everybody has a democratic space. They can express their feelings and views anytime but we should take note of hardcore criminals who need to be convicted. With those few remarks, I support."
