    "content": "Looking back in the past, we had people who were fighting for the second liberation. Many of them were arrested, detained, tortured and went through cruel treatment. We find that most of them cannot speak about the kind of things they went through because they are demeaning and improper. I believe it is the right time we addressed the issue of compensation to the victims who are either alive or dead for the degrading torture they went through."
