    "content": "Finally, let me comment on the offence of using information obtained through torture. For many years or for a long time, law enforcement agencies in this country in terms of dragging a victim before justice have always resorted to using torture. With this law, once it is proved beyond doubt that a particular individual has been brought before a court and evidence has been acquired through torture, then that particular evidence will not be admissible before a court of law. That is very important."
