So, even though I allow others to say what they may wish, it will not be helping me because the decision is mine, whether to accede to the request or refuse. Since the Leader of the Majority Party also appears keen to say something, maybe he could make a point. I can also see the Vice-Chair Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade has indicated a desire to speak. I do not want to appear to debate a request like this one.
