    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I agree with both the Mover and the Leader of the Majority Party that this is a very important Bill. I also want to agree with the Chair of the Committee that the Members who want to debate this Bill would like to get an informed decision. I hope that when they get views from the KRA, the National Treasury and others, this will enrich the debate in this House. You have heard the two previous speakers saying that it is an important Bill, but it is also important for us to discuss from a point of information. I would plead that what the Chair of the Committee is asking be granted. But, otherwise, that is at your discretion. Thank you very much for allowing me to comment."
