    "content": "plea bargaining. I believe plea bargaining is something that should not be allowed at all because it does not take care of what a woman or man who has been violated would feel. There is a case in my constituency where somebody has defiled a girl and he keeps defiling girls. I think we should have a register of paedophiles. In this country, people get off the hook because they have not been charged in a court of law or there has not been enough evidence to take them to court. We should have a register of paedophiles, so we can know that one is a serial offender, but he gets away because either he buys the family or he does other things. The other provision in this Bill which I do not accept because I think it is not right is sexual education. I believe sexual education should be left to the parents because it affects the religious autonomy of each and every person. If we are to enact this Bill, it would have consequences on people who can shake hands with the opposite sex. The Bill talks of any contact. I believe by talking about contact, even if I greet somebody, it would mean that I can be taken to court for a sexual offence, which I do not think is right."
