    "content": "I remember when I was in school, a security officer in a public girls’ high school was raped to death by some girls. This was something which needed to be dealt with the seriousness it deserved. I was young and I wondered how that happened, but since I could not get all the details, I just remember the report. This Bill needs a lot of work to be done on it. I thank God because we are on Second Reading and in the Third Reading, we will introduce amendments and changes to the areas which we feel need to be corrected."
