    "content": "Thank you Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this time to contribute to this Bill. First, I will contribute on the setting up of special units in police stations to protect victims of sexual offences. We have seen many situations in police stations when a victim of a sexual offence comes to report and she is exposed to something that seriously embarrasses her or something that makes her shy away from even disclosing the issue that has brought her to the police station. It requires some confidence for somebody to confide in the police what has happened. So, this is an important amendment Bill. I believe that the special units and specially trained police officers to handle these cases are very important."
