I believe that when we come to the Committee of the whole House, we should do a proper clean-up of this Bill so that we come up with a refined legislation that will add value to our laws so that we have pieces of legislation that are properly crafted and can be used. Laws are open to interpretation and they must give room for the courts to interpret and get offences that are committed be punished."
