I thought he would go home after five years without bringing a Bill. Today, I am a very happy man. Congratulations, Hon. Abdinoor. At least, you will go into the annals of history for being the first pastoralist in all the subsequent Parliaments, up to the 11th Parliament, to have thought about livestock and brought a Bill. Livestock industry is a major source of income for many households in Kenya.
