    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, this is a House of records. We have read the past records, and we know what is happening. We know that ODM did not form the Government. So, whatever pledges they had given, they were not able to execute them because they did not form the Government. But we are aware that the Jubilee Party, which my good friend, Hon. Duale, represents their interests in this House, had one of their pledges to the electorate that they would give insurance to the pastoralists. That is why the pastoralists, including his voters are leaving Jubilee. That is because they did not fulfil the pledge. So, he should not confuse on what ODM pledged and did not give. Let him concentrate on what Jubilee pledged and have not given!"
