    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I want to congratulate Hon. Abdinoor and support the Livestock and Livestock Products Development and Marketing Bill, 2016. The previous speaker missed the point by saying that the board should not be formed because KMC is there. As rightly pointed out by the Chairman, this Bill has nothing to do with KMC because it will be under it. I believe livestock keeping is not just about meat, but is a means of livelihood and he took it wrongly."
