    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me the opportunity to contribute to this Bill. I want to thank Hon. Abdinoor for coming up with this Bill. It goes without saying that the livestock sector has been neglected by the successive governing regimes despite the fact that, it contributes to 24 per cent of this country’s GDP, an equivalent of Kshs42 billion annually. I want to demonstrate how the Government has neglected the livestock sector. We have the KMC. I wish my brother, Hon.
