Box 162, Wote, has not been paid Kshs162,510 being the money payable to the firm for the supply of tyres and tubes to the District Commissioner, Makueni, in June, 2006. (b) The reason for non-payment is that on 31st May, 2006, the Ministry of State for Special Programmes issued an AIE for Kshs1,575,125 to the District Commissioner (DC), Makueni, to facilitate transportation of relief food to affected persons. However, this AIE was not funded.
