    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 44 of the Bill be deleted and substituted therefor the following new clause− “44. The Commission shall prescribe the terms and conditions for employment of casual employees within the public service.” This amendment seeks to ensure that the Commission shall have the powers to make regulations for the terms and conditions of employment of casual employees within the public service."
