    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, casual employees in many cases are subjected to very difficult conditions. By bringing this aspect of the Commission prescribing the terms and conditions, at least it is going to be very clear. We have seen Government policies saying if you have been a casual employee for a particular timeframe, you are supposed to be absorbed on a permanent basis, but a lot has not been followed. With this being put in place for purposes of clarity, I think it is going to be followed. I support. Thank you."
