    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I support this amendment, especially on the issue of reducing the number of years of experience for those Kenyans who want to become PSs. In most cases, youth have been locked out from employment on the basis of years of experience. When they say 15 years, it locks out so many youth. The amendment goes a long way in giving the youth an opportunity to serve as senior civil servants."
