    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I wanted to support the earlier amendment. Experience has shown us a lot. There are a number of commissions that the Government put in place. There was a time when people came from the private sector and Government improved except one time when we had the Dream Team. The country was undergoing tough times and they gave conditions which the Government could not bear with. However, because of the bureaucracy that is in Government--- The private sector exposes workers to various aspects of work and this cannot happen in Government because it has so many people. So, we need to have diverse ways of dealing with this.
