Temporary Deputy Speaker, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 47 of the Bill be amended− (c) in sub-clause (4) by deleting the words, “for the rejected position or positions.” This is basically for clarity. The amendment is to ensure that the Commission submits to the President a list of nominees already interviewed. So, if the appointing authority rejects the nominees, they go back to the list of those who were interviewed and not outside the list of interviewees."
