Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, clause 63 of the Bill be amended by inserting the following new sub-clauses immediately after sub-clause (2)− “(3) The Commission shall communicate to an authorized officer or public body on instances of non-compliance with values and principles stipulated in Articles 10 and 232 of the Constitution, and require such compliance within a specified period. (4) Any authorized officer or public body who refuses, fails or neglects to comply with the national values and principles shall be liable to The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
