    "content": "Clause 67 (a) seeks to correct a grammatical error and (b) seeks to include the words “reduction in rank or seniority” as one of the sanctions that may be imposed on a public officer. This is because Clause 64 of the Bill provides for the reduction in rank or seniority as a possible sanction. It is one of the disciplinary measures which can be taken by the Commission. So, this is the rationale."
