Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 75 of the Bill be amended by deleting the words “Guidelines issued by the Commission” and substituting therefor the words “Regulations made by the Commission”. This amendment is for purposes of using the commonly used term while referring to delegated legislation which is “Regulations.” It is meant to address this."
