    "content": "This seeks to introduce a New Clause 57 A in the Bill to provide for the organization of the Public Service to give full effect to the provisions of Article 234(2)(d) of the Constitution, which gives the Commission the powers to: “(d) investigate, monitor and evaluate the organization, administration and personnel practices of the public service.” The Bill currently lacks provisions on the organization of the public service. It is meant to address that."
