Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended by inserting the following sub-title to the part appearing immediately after Clause 30− “PART V- DELEGATION” Part V is on delegation. This amendment is for purposes of creating a new part for Clause 3 which deals with delegation of powers by the Public Service Commission.
