    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Assistant Minister has told the House that one of the reasons they are unable to recruit those chiefs is that they do not get qualified persons applying for the same. Given that the education results in those areas are usually poor, could he consider lowering the marks for the candidates? Secondly, could he assure the candidates who are qualified that they will not get maltreatment that has been meted on members of the Provincial Administration in arid areas when the Government holds operations in those areas?"
