    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, the justification for this amendment is to promote efficiency and accountability. The Agency is being granted exclusive powers to handle all cases of recovery of proceeds of crime or benefits accruing from any predictable offences in money laundering. This is just for efficiency. There will be a fund that will handle all the money recovered. The fund will be part of what Parliament will manage. We do not want to hear stories of Mr. Ben Gethi and Ms. Kabura. After assets have been recovered, what happens? The amendment is just for efficiency and accountability."
