Temporary Deputy Chairlady, even though we say that it is independent, it is very important that the Cabinet Secretary of the National Treasury is involved when it comes to opening of accounts. That is according to the Public Finance Management (PFM) Act. The National Treasury should know all the accounts that are opened. We are just trying to avoid very many accounts being opened without the authority of the CS of the National Treasury. Thank you."
