There is a Report we should be debating that should be brought by the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Health. Can you speak on behalf of your Committee on whether you are ready to proceed? You are the only member I can see who I know is a very active member of the Departmental Committee on Health. Hon. Gakuya, we have a Report on an agreement between the Government of Kenya and the USA. Are you ready to move this Report?"
