    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is unfortunate that this couple must wait for a Bill to be presented in this House whereas we know that there has been a policy of Government making ex-gratia payments in extreme cases such as this. Could the Assistant Minister consider, pending the introduction of the Bill, making this payment on the basis of this amount which was assessed by the Government purely on the basis of humanitarian concerns as ex-gratia payment, as he has done in several other cases in the past?"
