"content": "Hon. Speaker, this administration will go into history as an administration that has taken the most unprecedented steps in the war against corruption. A dozen of Cabinet Secretaries, Principal Secretaries and Chief Executive Officers of top organisations lost their jobs because they were merely mentioned. This House has given the EACC enough resources to employ staff. The President has been at the forefront in making sure that proper legislation is put in place; the Bribery Bill, the Money Laundering (Amendment) Bill, the Asset Recovery Bill and many others. So, I hope Bishop Wabukala will not make us have another Motion to discuss his conduct. Those who believe in Islam will pray for you and I hope you will make a difference in the war against corruption. I beg to support."
