May I also comment on this wonderful nomination which has been made by his Excellency the President after a very detailed interview and observation which has been made by the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs (JLAC). When I went through these Reports, it came to my mind that JLAC did a lot of work. This might be because they were from recess. This is wonderful. The Report tells us what JLAC and the President thought in appointing Archbishop Wabukala to this Commission. Many Members of Parliament and I who have had a chance to speak about this appointment are convinced that the President went for the man of God having looked at the many appointments that were made earlier on.
